WW2 Sweetheart Brooch

Posted on: 19th June 2015

Date Missing: 01/06/2015

I’m sharing this for a friends mum, she was in East Sussex just over a week ago and lost this very precious sweetheart brooch that her husband made in WW2.
He was in Bomber Command, Stirling bombers and made this from the windscreen of a stirling after a crash. He survived the war but has been dead 21 years now.
We think she lost it in Paradise park garden centre, Newhaven and is heart-broken.
Thank you.
